Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) is introducing a new "gun ban" that bans something or other. Actually, the point of the discussion is a "barrel shroud" - which in fact does absolutely nothing to makes a weapon more or less dangerous. The fact that the Representative has no idea what a barrel shroud is doesn't matter - it should be outlawed, apparently. Dangerous twits.
