Okay - so the Union of Concerned Scientists has published a delightful report on nuclear power plant mishaps in the US in 2010. Fourteen of them, to be exact. To be fair, the Union of Concerned Scientists would probably only be happy were we back to a Quaker-like existence, but nonetheless... I'm a backer of nuclear energy but admit the waste is an issue. Not many plants generate waste that can kill you centuries later. Oh, well.
